  • How long is the shipping process?
    • Shipping within the U.S is handled by UPS and takes an average of 2-3 business days to deliver after processing time of 1-2 days. Expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days, and overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days
  • How much does shipping cost?
    • Sikacci offers FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for a small fee.
  • Why does my tracking say delivered when I haven’t received my item?
    • Sikacci is not liable for lost or missing packages once tracking status shows item as delivered. Please use the provided tracking number to follow your order until it is delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your building manager/mail room or neighbors before contacting us. If still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us and we will file a carrier claim. Based on the outcome of your claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
  • What is the Sikacci confirmation number?
    • Immediately after you place your order, we will send an email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a 9-digit number you can use to reference your order. If you need to make a return/exchange, or have a question about your order status, please provide our customer care team with your name and order number.
  • Where can this ship to?
    • Right now, we are shipping only within the contiguous United States. We are working on adding more locations, please check back soon for updates!
  • How do I track my order?
    • Once Sikacci ships your order, we will send an email to the provided address with tracking information.
  • How can I expedite my shipping?
    • All domestic orders ship FREE using UPS ground shipping. For a small fee, we offer expedited shipping and next day air shipping.
